semi-private training
Semi-private training is a great way to split the cost of private training while still getting all the advantages of using a trainer. Programs are designed to be challenging using multiple training disciplines and techniques. Suspension trainers, Olympic lifts, dumbbells, kettlebells and body weight are just a few of the tools utilized. Physical assessment and nutritional guidance included.
Bootcamps
Bootcamp is a fun and challenging full body workout designed to push you to your next level of fitness. Every class is different and ranges from TABATA to High Intensity Interval Training to timed fitness challenges. A full array of necessary equipment is provided. All levels are welcome and encouraged to participate in this team and confidence building class.
